Every component begins with reliable data.
Ertex uses current automotive design and manufacturing technologies to turn a bespoke idea into a measurable, vehicle-specific result. Digital capture, physical evaluation, precision machining, electronics development and specialist assembly advance around the same project data.
Vehicle-specific engineering for Mercedes platforms.
Ertex develops bespoke VIP Mercedes VLE, Mercedes V-Class and Mercedes Sprinter interior conversion projects around the base vehicle, passenger profile and delivery market. Executive seating, private-lounge layouts, acoustic comfort, smart cabin controls and handcrafted finishes are coordinated with 3D measurement, CAD/CAM, CNC production and a homologation approach verified through completed testing.
From the real vehicle to controlled production.
The base vehicle and passenger environment are evaluated together. Each approved decision moves from measurement to model, from model to production data and from production to documented verification.
3D scanning
The vehicle's real geometry, mounting points and technical clearances are digitally captured.
Clay and prototype
Physical studies refine proportion, ergonomics, touch points and surface transitions.
CAD / CAM
Approved geometry becomes coordinated component data and controlled machining paths.
CNC production
Structural and decorative parts are manufactured directly from verified digital data.
The vehicle and passenger are mapped together.
Seat H-point, viewing angle, leg support, table reach and movement corridors are evaluated as part of the cabin architecture. Full-scale studies add physical judgement to digital measurement before final production begins.

From digital surface to production data.
Mounting points, material thicknesses, service clearances and neighbouring parts are resolved in the complete assembly. CAM preparation then converts approved geometry into controlled toolpaths for manufacturing.

Repeatable accuracy for complex forms.
CNC routing processes structural panels, decorative surfaces, templates and mould components from approved data. Curves, recesses and connection details can be reproduced within controlled dimensions.
Verified geometry: production follows the approved digital model.
Controlled interfaces: adjoining parts are coordinated before assembly.
Specialist finish: every machined part is checked and completed by the responsible team.

Systems are tested before they enter the cabin.
Lighting, passenger controls, actuators, charging, audio and comfort systems are checked at component and assembly level. Connections are planned for discreet installation, cooling and future service access.

Production verified through testing and homologation.
Ertex products have successfully completed the required testing and homologation processes. Technical decisions, production checkpoints and quality records progress together within this approved production approach.

Safety begins with measurable detail
Ertex examines every production detail with care. From seat connections and structural frames to electrical systems and moving mechanisms, each component is dimensioned for the project, defined through technical drawings and manufactured under controlled processes.
Behind every clean surface is a calculated engineering system.
Every detail is considered, from the specified tightening torque of a single fastener to the load-bearing arrangement of connection points. Ertex has completed the required testing and homologation processes for all vehicles it designs. Your safety remains the primary criterion at every stage of production.

Production aligned with European standards.
Ertex products have successfully completed the required homologation tests conducted by Applus+ IDIADA, an internationally accredited automotive technical service. Every VIP vehicle is designed and produced around the client's use within this approved production approach.
