Built on more than 36 years of category-defining experience, around eighty percent of an Ertex interior is produced within the company’s integrated operation. Design, upholstery, electronics and installation teams work toward the same result from the beginning.

Engineering the bespoke

Digital precision, physical judgement.

Ertex combines automotive 3D scanning, clay modelling, digital design and CNC router production with hand finishing. This connected process allows a custom VIP interior to fit the base vehicle with precision while preserving the character of an individually made object.

3D scanning

The original vehicle geometry is digitally captured before interior architecture and technical interfaces are developed.

Clay modelling

Full-scale studies and prototypes refine proportion, touch points, passenger ergonomics and surface transitions.

CNC routing

Digital models guide precision production of structural and decorative components before specialist assembly and finishing.

Homologation

Completed vehicles go through the homologation work applicable to their conversion, configuration and intended market.

Materials

Selected by grain, tone and touch.

Nappa leather, Alcantara, timber, textile and metal are considered together. Colour is only the beginning; texture, reflection and the way each surface ages matter just as much.

Ertex geometric interior craftsmanship

Detail

Patterns developed for the individual cabin.

Woven, geometric and stitched motifs are scaled to the vehicle, aligned across panels and finished by specialists so the interior reads as one composition.

Integration

Screens, sound, lighting, refrigeration and passenger controls are engineered into the cabin architecture, then tested together before delivery.
