The character

The Carbon Edition introduces a more technical material language to the Sprinter suite. White and black Nappa leather is contrasted with carbon fibre and precisely controlled LED lighting.

Interior & equipment

Designed around the passenger.

01

Carbon fibre detailing

Technical surfaces are used with restraint to sharpen the cabin architecture.

02

Nappa leather interior

A monochrome leather palette gives the expansive cabin a clean, tailored character.

03

Executive captain seats

Powered, supportive seating is designed for long-distance comfort.

04

LED panel ceiling

Structured overhead lighting creates an architectural alternative to the starlight roof.

05

Samsung LED entertainment

A cinema display, sound system and gaming connection create a complete media space.

06

25-litre refrigerator

A generous hospitality compartment is integrated within the passenger console.

Bespoke engineering & production

From digital measurement to homologated vehicle.

Every Ertex Mercedes-Benz Sprinter commission is developed as a complete vehicle project. Interior architecture, equipment and structural interfaces are resolved together before specialist production and final validation.

01

Automotive 3D scanning

High-resolution 3D scanning captures the base vehicle geometry so bespoke components can be developed around real mounting points, clearances and cabin dimensions.

02

Clay modelling & prototyping

Clay studies and physical prototypes allow surfaces, ergonomics and passenger interaction to be evaluated before final production.

03

CNC router production

Digitally developed components are produced with CNC routing for repeatable precision, then assembled and finished by specialist craftspeople.

04

Vehicle homologation

Ertex manages the homologation work applicable to each completed vehicle, coordinating its conversion, seating, electrical systems and documentation for the intended market.

Engineering & homologation

Craftsmanship, validated as a complete vehicle.

Every commission draws on more than 36 years of integrated VIP vehicle design and production experience. Ertex carries out the homologation processes required for its completed vehicles and develops each project around the safety, electrical, seating and market requirements relevant to its specification and destination.
