We collect information that you choose to provide through our enquiry form or by email, including your name, email address, telephone number, country or delivery location, preferred vehicle and project requirements.
Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Website measurement data
If you consent to optional technologies, Ertex may process device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from IP address, referral and campaign source, page views, model interests, clicks, scroll activity, media interactions, session timing and enquiry conversion events.
Analytics and marketing tools are not intended to receive the free-text contents of an enquiry, payment information, precise GPS location or special-category personal information.
How we use information

Legal basis
We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients. Service providers and international transfers
The enquiry form is transmitted through FormSubmit to the Ertex sales mailbox. Website hosting, email, security, analytics and advertising providers may process information on our behalf when the relevant services and consent categories are active. Because Ertex serves clients internationally, information may be processed outside your country. We limit access to providers needed to operate, measure and communicate through the website.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active commission, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. Unsuccessful preliminary enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
